The Distillery District has been on my must-visit list for as long as I can remember. Last weekend, Terrance suggested to pay a visit to the historic neighbourhood so we took the opportunity to wander down to the area and act like tourists. All the shops were very artsy (and expensive) and almost everything there were photo-worthy. It was definitely interesting seeing the unique creations of local artisans. The cobblestones, art galleries and cafes make for a great place to take a romantic stroll. However, while the sight was beautiful, we were drenched from the beaming sun. I would love to return for the Christmas Market in the winter. Overall, I’m glad to have been able to explore this wonderful part of Toronto!
