Steve Madden lace-up flats, Topshop lace-up flats (similar), Zara lace-up heels (similar)

When it comes to shopping for shoes, I’m especially fond of those that are beautifully crafted. I first discovered these lace-up shoes when Aquazzura designed and released theirs, but I cannot wrap my head around paying so much for them. Luckily, I spotted these dupes that look just like them from three different brands. These covetable pointed-toe shoes are must-haves in every girl’s closet and what I consider to be the new “ballerina flat”. They have that classic feminine touch with the laces that touch every corner of the shoes and wrap around the ankle. In three perfect shades (blush beige, khaki and black) and two different textures (leather and suede), I think it’s fairly obvious that these are now my new favourite style of shoes.

I have a habit of purchasing things in multiple colours, but the way I justify these purchases is that they are from different brands and vary in textures and height. I contemplated returning this Steve Madden pair, but then I thought about all of the potential white tee + cuffed ripped jeans, frilly white dress + cute crossbody, oversized button up + leggings combinations with these lace-up flats and couldn’t see myself giving that up. Now I’m playing the waiting game for the snow to clear up and the weather to warm so I can finally wear these out!
