A little bit of fringe and a lot of black. I’m not a fringe kind-a-girl, but when I saw these fringe tassels on this coat, I couldn’t help myself. This new camel addition is super soft and perfect for layering over turtlenecks. It came with a belt to tie around the waist, but I prefer to wear it open for a looser and more comfortable fit.

When it comes to winter dressing, my favourite combination is a simple black turtleneck (I probably own about 4), short ankle boots and a warm coat. I’ll never tire of these few pieces that just look good together time after time. Throw on a pair of dark sunglasses and you’re good to go for the day. After purchasing my first pair of Celine sunglasses, I realized how much I actually love the classic look to them. So much that I had to pick up a second pair — except this time, in a much smaller frame which is more suited for everyday wear. I’ll most likely be sporting these for most of my trip in sunny California!
