Elevated Elegance

Found the most perfect backdrop in downtown LA for this outfit after spending the day in West Hollywood. We ventured out to the area for the day to have brunch in the trendy and sophisticated, Ysabel.

Love Letter to Paris

Dear Paris,

I knew that I would fall in love with you at first sight. You were beautiful from every corner and the second we drove into the first arrondissement I was in awe. I pressed my face up against the glass in the taxi admiring the buildings and the people, smiled to myself and thought "this is finally happening".

Bali Travel Diary

The best part about coming back from vacation is to be able to share with you everything I did, but the worst part is experiencing the withdrawals from no longer being there. I love that they support local and have both a lifestyle clothing boutique and café situated inside.

Tommy Cafe
Quite possibly the most beautiful cafe situated in a historic building in Old Montreal. The place is welcoming with big plant-filled cement steps and cute wooden doors. It was very bright and spacious when we stepped inside— there was a kind of old charm to the place with all sorts of decor, but I loved the large windows and decorative ceiling.

Maison Christian Faure
It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with this chic patisserie. As soon as I walked in, it felt as if I had stepped into Paris. The café had French moulding and a colourful mural along one side of the walls and exposed brick on the other. I felt right at home with the nature sunlight gleaming through the windows and ghost chairs strewn throughout the restaurant.

Montreal Travel Diary
Even though we were only in Montreal for 3 short days, it was enough for me to fall in love with this city all over again. I’ve visited a handful of times, but each visit fell into the winter season. It was beautiful in the winter time, but experiencing Montreal in the summer was definitely something else.
