It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with this chic patisserie. As soon as I walked in, it felt as if I had stepped into Paris. The café had French moulding and a colourful mural along one side of the walls and exposed brick on the other. I felt right at home with the nature sunlight gleaming through the windows and ghost chairs strewn throughout the restaurant.
After waiting for about half an hour, we were seated by the windows (yay!) and offered the menu. Since we came from lunch, we only had room for desserts and drinks. We ordered two desserts — a raspberry tart and fruit parfait, an orange juice and latte, all of which were delicious. My only regret was not knowing that they offered brunch until we got there and by that time our stomachs were already full. For anyone visiting Montreal, I highly recommend making a stop here before you leave the city. I know that I will be back, real soon.
