A more feminine approach at wearing this boxy turtleneck sweater. Over the weekend, we experienced +10 degrees celsius weather which made it appropriate for skirts and lace-up flats. I wore this to pick up fresh roses from my favourite flower market down at Avenue Rd and Davenport. A little out of the way for me, but I occasionally like coming to Yorkville to window shop and admire its beautiful surroundings. It’s quiet, quaint and in close proximity to everything you need. I wish I could move here, but I will never be able to afford a home in this area of Toronto. Speaking of homes, our pre-development date has been postponed until February 2017 which is unfortunate, but I guess on the bright side, it also delays our mortgage payments!

With Mother’s Day right around the corner, don’t forget to pick up a bunch of flowers for her and a thoughtful gift. If you haven’t already seen my last post, I pulled together a curated list of gifts that mum will be sure to love.
