This wide-leg trend has been growing on me and it was something that I never saw myself wearing until this year — when I tried on my very first pair. Now that we're headed into cooler temperatures, this pair is perfect because of the heavier fabric and pairs nicely with thicker knit sweaters and turtlenecks. This beige-blush wide-leg pant is tailored to suit a 9-to-5 job and sits nicely at my waist. I opted for a pair of heeled sandals for the extra height, but they'll also look great with a pair of slides or flats.
Speaking of trends, another new one that I'm trying out is this tucked-in hair look, which I've learned is the quickest thing to do especially when you're having a bad hair day. The hair tuck can be easily achieved by throwing on a turtleneck, sweater or oversized scarf and skipping out on the part where you flip out all of your hair. Make it look effortless by pulling out a few strands of hair and adding some volume in the back to create a faux-bob. Who knew that laziness can look so fashionable and chic?
